This is a small, curated cohort. Not a passive content subscription.

1. Learning together

Plain-English sessions on how angel investing works in Australia: deal structures, cap tables, term sheets, risk, and what "good" looks like in impact businesses.

2. Co-diligence

We look at real companies together. You learn how to read a deck, interrogate assumptions, spot red flags and genuine potential. You practise making investment decisions with other experienced women — not alone at midnight.

3. An investing pathway

For women who are ready and eligible, Vested Angels provides a structured pathway into early-stage investing. That might be direct cheques or, where appropriate, syndicates or SPVs.

You always have complete control over if and what you invest in. On your terms.

Vested Angels is application-based. We select small cohorts so everyone can contribute.

For the founding cohort:
- No membership fee for your first investment cycle
- You invest your own capital, only in deals you choose
- You commit 2–4 hours per month to learning sessions, diligence, and founder conversations

Future cohorts will pay an annual membership fee to cover operations: guest speakers, tools, events, admin — similar to professional angel syndicates.
Founding members retain preferred membership status as the club grows.

All investments carry risk, including the risk of total loss. You decide your cheque sizes and your pace.
