We connect professional women from fields like tech, health, law, consulting, finance, and the public sector to learn about angel investing. Together, we conduct due diligence on values-aligned, impact-focused businesses.

So that, when the time is right, you can confidently choose to practise early-stage investing.

You already know how to make decisions in complex environments. You run teams, P and Ls, cases, projects, departments, and businesses. Yet when it comes to angel investing, it can feel like there was a secret class you missed.

You can expect a small, curated angel investing cohort for professional women who want to understand and practise early-stage investing.

It sits under the Vested Impact umbrella and has three core pillars.

  1. Education.
    Plain English sessions on how angel investing works in Australia, how early-stage deals are structured, what good looks like in impact businesses, and how to think about risk in the context of your whole financial life.

  2. Co diligence.
    We look at real companies together.
    You learn how to read a deck, interrogate assumptions, understand cap tables, and spot both red flags and genuine potential.

  3. Investing pathway.
    For women who are ready and eligible, Vested Angels provides a structured pathway to begin angel investing, either directly or through appropriate syndicates or SPVs.

This is an intimate, working group.
Not a passive content subscription.

Vested Angels is not:

  • A stock-picking or trading group

  • A place to receive personal financial advice

  • A guarantee of access to specific deals or allocations

  • A promise that every company we see will receive investment from the group

  • A fully fledged fund. yet

On paper, many of us are “sophisticated investors”. In reality, too many brilliant women sit on cash, unexercised options, and quiet doubts about “getting it wrong”.

Vested Angels is a small, invite-only circle for senior professional women who want to understand early-stage investing properly, co-diligence real companies, and help shift who gets funded in Australia.
