Vested Angels is an invite-only angel investing club for professional women in Australia, run by Vested Impact.
You have spent years building careers, organisations, and outcomes for other people’s balance sheets. Vested Angels is about taking your own equity story seriously.
We connect professional women from fields like tech, health, law, consulting, finance, and the public sector to learn about angel investing. Together, we conduct due diligence on values-aligned, impact-focused businesses.
So that, when the time is right, you can confidently choose to practise early-stage investing.
You already know how to make decisions in complex environments. You run teams, P and Ls, cases, projects, departments, and businesses. Yet when it comes to angel investing, it can feel like there was a secret class you missed.
Common patterns we see:
Professional women with meaningful salaries, bonuses, or equity who do not feel confident backing early-stage companies
Women who technically qualify as “sophisticated investors” but are not sure how to evaluate deals or where to start
Women founders who rarely see women on the other side of the table with capital authority
Vested Angels exists to change that.
We believe that when more women with real-world operating experience become investors.
Capital flows to different founders.
Value-based decisions become normal.
And, impact becomes part of the default investment thesis, not an afterthought.
Vested Angels wants to help build that flywheel.
More women investors.

The Missed Investor
On paper, many of us are “sophisticated investors”. In reality, too many brilliant women sit on cash, unexercised options, and quiet doubts about “getting it wrong”.
Vested Angels is a small, invite-only circle for senior professional women who want to understand early-stage investing properly, co-diligence real companies, and help shift who gets funded in Australia.
Angel investing in Australia is still a boys’ club. A recent analysis of LinkedIn profiles found a roughly 9:1 ratio of male to female angel investors. Startup Daily
At the same time, women are doing the work that creates value.
They make up around 20 per cent of Australia’s highly technical workforce and about 28 per cent of the broader tech sector, yet mid-career, they leave technical roles at almost twice the rate of men. Tech Council of Australia
They are leaders in multinationals, banks and ASX-listed companies, managing budgets, teams and P&L, while retirement data shows they still end up with less wealth to show for it. wgea.gov.au
Vested Impact starts from a simple reversal. Women and values-aligned professionals are not just talent or customers; they are partners. They are capital.
If you are new to investing, we provide the education, structure, and community to move from “I wish I could do something” to “I am an investor.”
If you already write cheques, we give you a sharper thesis, better deal flow and a cohort of peers who care about performance and progress in equal measure.
